dt33 Terms and Conditions

1.1 Definition of the Platform

dt33 is an online gaming platform that provides live casino, sports betting, slot games, and other entertainment content for users in Bangladesh. This platform is designed exclusively for adult users.

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

By registering, logging in, or using any service on the dt33 platform, the user is considered to have fully accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding electronic agreement.

1.3 Language and Interpretation

3.1 One Person, One Account

Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

3.2 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided during registration (name, date of birth, address, phone number, etc.) must be true and accurate. Opening an account with incorrect or false information is a violation of these Terms. If any information needs to be updated, please contact the support team.

3.3 Account Security

Users are required to keep their account password and login details completely confidential. Granting third parties access to your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact dt33 support immediately.

3.4 Account Transfer Prohibited

Selling, transferring, or renting an account to any other person is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the accounts involved will be closed immediately.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

dt33 currently accepts deposits through the following methods:

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. No commission or processing fee is charged on deposits.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

4.3 Withdrawal Verification

Identity verification may be required for large withdrawals or withdrawals to a new payment method. In such cases, the dt33 support team may ask the user to submit the necessary documents.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users on dt33 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. For deposits of ৳8,333 or more, the bonus is capped at ৳10,000; for example, a ৳18,000 deposit earns a ৳10,000 bonus, for a total of ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — applied to the bonus only, not the deposit. Example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place a total of ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 in bets before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses may only be used on designated games.
• A new bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is active.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible once the wagering requirements have been met.
• If bonus abuse is detected (multiple accounts, collaborative betting), the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.
• dt33 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

The dt33 VIP program has four tiers, with progression to higher tiers based on regular play:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Cashback is automatically credited to the account each week. VIP tier assignment and cashback calculation are carried out using dt33's own methodology.

6.1 Validity of Bets

Only bets that have been successfully confirmed in dt33's system will be considered valid. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, it may be considered void and the stake will be refunded.

6.2 Game Results

All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or through live dealers. In the event of a dispute over any result, dt33's logs and system records shall serve as the final evidence.

6.3 Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows bets on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. If a match is cancelled or postponed after a bet has been placed, the stake is generally refunded, though rules may vary depending on the specific market. Contact the support team for more details.

7.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dt33:

• Operating multiple accounts belonging to the same person
• Abusing bonus offers or fraudulently collecting bonuses
• Opening an account or conducting transactions using another person's identity
• Any form of money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Attempting to hack, manipulate, or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems
• Harassing or behaving abusively toward other users
• Using bots, automated software, or scripts to play games
• Applying collaborative betting or arbitrage strategies

7.2 Consequences

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, dt33 reserves the right to close the account without notice, forfeit the balance, and take legal action where applicable.

8.1 Suspension by dt33

dt33 may temporarily suspend any account as part of a violation investigation, due to suspicious activity, or as part of the verification process. Deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay will be unavailable on a suspended account. The user will be notified of the reason for suspension by email.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

If a user wishes to permanently close their account, they must contact the support team. It is advised to withdraw all available balances before submitting a closure request.
